Ever since our founding in 1979, The LeverEdge has been providing customized, effective water treatment and advanced energy solutions to businesses and homeowners in varied geographies. As you might have guessed, we’ve learned a lot in our four decades of doing business.

So, in this blog post, we thought we’d share with you some of our lessons learned.

Lesson #1: Quality is King

Over the years, we have experimented with various product lines, trying new technologies to see if they’re as good as they’re hyped up to be. Some of them aren’t, in which case, we are quick to move on to other products that can better help our customers.

Our goal has always been and continues to be to improve the lives of our customers through the smarter and more efficient use of water and energy. Part and parcel of achieving that goal involves using only the highest-quality products as part of the overall solutions we provide.

Lesson #2: Customer Service is Queen

If quality is king, customer service is queen. The two go hand-in-hand, and we’ve learned that it’s not enough to simply provide an exceptional product to our customers. We also need to stand behind that product, with all of the support, education, and responsiveness you’d expect from a customer service-focused organization.

We know what happens when customer service stops being a priority. Customers defect, the business reputation sours, and the bottom line suffers. The team at The LeverEdge has learned that a constant, laser-like focus on doing right by the customer is absolutely essential to sustainable business success.

Lesson #3: It Pays to Never Stop Learning

Exciting new technologies are being developed all the time. The industry is constantly changing with the addition of new products and advanced ways of treating water and harnessing the suns energy. The LeverEdge maintains a finger on the pulse of this ever-changing technological environment, and we’re always learning from the best practices of others.

Will the next 40 years be as developmental for us as the last 40 have been? We sure hope so.
