(Video transcript included below.)

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT [EDITED]:

Hi. I’m Joe McCusker. We’re here at The LeverEdge in Odessa, Florida and we’re going to show you how to install a drinking water system.

Step 4 – Connect Tubing To and From the Manifold

Locate the port on the manifold. Remove the plug. Using the quarter-inch red tubing, trim and insert into the manifold. Install a locking clip.

Next will be the drain line. Remove the plug. Locate quarter-inch black tubing with drain line flow control installed on it. Shake to verify rattle is working properly. Insert into port and install a locking clip.

Locate the Out port on the manifold and remove the plug. Using the quarter-inch yellow dispensing line, trim and insert into the manifold. Install a locking clip.

Position manifold in its new home. Route the feed line to the previously installed John Guest angle stop valve. Using the tubing snips, trim as needed and install the line into the angle stop valve. Install a locking clip.

Next will be the quarter-inch drain line coming from the manifold. This will be routed up through the faucet mounting base and trimmed as needed. Install it on the remaining barb until fully seated. Dispensing faucet installation can now be finalized.

The black 3/8ths-inch drain line which was installed previously can now be routed to the drain saddle, ensuring that the lowest point of the line is the connection at the drain saddle. Using tubing cutters, trim as needed. Insert tubing into drain saddle port and install a locking clip.
