(Video transcript included below.)

VIDEO TRANSCRIPT [EDITED]:

Hi. I’m Joe McCusker. We’re here at The LeverEdge in Odessa, Florida and we’re going to show you how to install a drinking water system.

Step 2 –  Assemble Faucet and Manifold

We’ll now be installing the dispensing faucet.  For the mounting base, we removed the sprayer and we’ll be utilizing the hole.

First, install the base with the mounting hardware preassembled.  Insert the exchange module wrench to hold the hardware while tightening.

Preassemble the blue three-eighths inch tubing onto the dispensing faucet and install a locking clip. Next will be the black three-eighths inch air gap drain tubing; insert it onto the larger barb until fully seated.

Gently feed the tubing down through the base, leaving faucet detached.

Next, assemble the manifold.

Verify the module to be installed. Remove the corresponding cap. Verify correct exchange module. Remove sanitary cap. Install exchange module onto the manifold, tightening by hand.

Remove remaining sanitary cap. Locate membrane and verify top by the sealing lip. Do not remove from bag. Cut open bag and slide bag down over membrane, holding onto the bag to keep the membrane sanitary. Insert the membrane until fully seated. Install O-ring onto the manifold housing, ensuring fully seated in the groove. Tighten manifold housing by hand.
