Solar Hydronics Corp (SHC) and The LeverEdge hosted their annual educational tour for the 5th grade class of Carrollwood Day School this week.  The 5th graders’ Unit of Inquiry focuses on Energy, which includes highlighting the importance of renewable energy.  The tour of Solar Hydronics Corp allowed the students an up-close opportunity to learn about how the sun’s energy can be harnessed for solar electricity, solar hot water, solar pool heating, and solar attic fans for cooling.

 

Our 5th grade visitors from Carrollwood Day School had the opportunity to experience a solar attic fan in action during their educational tour of The LeverEdge and Solar Hydronics Corp.
